Our Del Taco franchise journey began at the end of 2019 with an acquisition of 10 corporate stores in the San Diego market. With some of the hardest working hands in the fast food industry, we are able to prepare and serve fresh ingredients daily. Customers love our hand-made salsa, freshly grated cheddar cheese, stove-grilled chicken and steak, and our made from scratch beans. With our experienced leadership team operating this proven business model, we are poised for rapid growth. We have committed to develop 21 additional Del Taco restaurants over the next seven years, primarily within the San Diego market.
