THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Our journey as zone developers with The Learning Experience began in 2013 with our partners Omar Khoja and Louay Akil. Since then, we have been a key part of the development of over 80 locations! We are in charge of zone development primarily in Houston, Austin, Seattle, Phoenix, and Southern California, but develop all across the United States. All of our locations are Built to Suit in accordance with TLE plans and specifications.
We handle all aspects of the development process for each Early Education Center. We start by conducting research through demographic reports to help us locate the best real estate locations. Once a location is approved, we then construct our Child Development Centers in compliance with all Learning Experience requirements. Once we are ready to open, we turn the keys over and assist the franchisees with anything they need.
