Our first Wendy's store was acquired in 1992. Since then, we have grown to 43 stores and counting, and have developed a Wendy's Team with over 200 combined years of Wendy's experience. As masters of the franchise, we have constructed 22 stores from the ground up, and have acquired 21 existing stores from the Wendy's Company and its franchisees.
We are involved in all phases of the store operations such as: running the store, hiring employees, recruiting district managers, controlling food and labor costs, marketing and community involvement, creating bonus & incentive programs for the District Managers, General Managers, and crew, and making sure that food safety is a first priority in all our stores. We have also been involved with the negotiation of new leases, the negotiation of land purchases, financing, design and construction of new stores, and the remodeling of existing stores. We never cut corners with our Wendy's operation, and we are always as diligent as can be.
