Amer Boukai
Mr. Amer Boukai has served as the President and Sole Owner of Continental Food Management, Inc. a California S Corporation since its formation in 1992. Amer Boukai was able to grow his Wendy's franchise to a current total of over 36 stores. He handles the negotiation of land purchases and leases, the financing of all projects, and the construction and remodeling of new and existing stores.
Amer Boukai is also a Principal and Managing Member of several Limited Liability Companies that own Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Land Investments, and income producing properties. He also acts as a zone developer for The Learning Experience and has been involved in the development of over 50 locations. Amer Boukai received his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 1985, and he received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 1986.
