Ziad Boukai
Mr. Ziad Boukai has served as the Vice President of Continental Food Management, Inc. since 1998. Ziad Boukai manages all phases of operation for over 36 Wendy's stores. He installs and maintains the technology, controls food and labor costs, oversees more than 800 employees, runs marketing campaigns, and makes sure that food safety is a top priority.
Ziad Boukai is the founder and owner of Global Link Solutions, Inc. which is an international exporter of computer components. He is also a partner and manager of several Limited Liability Companies that own Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Land Investments, and income producing properties. Ziad Boukai received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 1989.
