Irfan Boukai
Mr. Irfan Boukai is the President of Pacific Design Services, and the Vice President and Project Manager of Coastline Design and Construction. Irfan Boukai designs new buildings and site improvements; including grading, site utilities, concrete work and paving plans. He also manages all stages of the building and construction process.
Irfan served as a Project Manager with full responsibility for several construction companies. At those, he built over 50 km of freeway, a large number of post-tensioned concrete bridges/interchanges/drainage structures, street utilities, and many tract homes...all for over 12,000,000 cubic meters of earthwork.
Irfan Boukai was also the Founder and President of Pacific Wave Technologies, Inc., a high tech company that manufactured P.C. based point of sale systems for the hospitality industry. The Company was ranked as the 12th fastest growing technology company in Southern California. Irfan Boukai received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1978, and he received his Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University in 1979.
